Traditionally used by the Romans to give them a clear mind and empower them with courage! Because it is calming and relaxing it may combat depression, insomnia and stress. It eliminates some of the emotional charge of anxiety, irritability and nervousness. It may also be used to neutralise allergies and increase the ability of the skin to regenerate. Roman Chamomile is a cleanser of the blood and is also believed to help the liver to reject poisons and discharge them. This oil may help with allergies, bruises, cute, depression, insomnia, muscle tension, nerves, restless legs, skin conditions, acne, boils, dermatitis, eczema, rashes and sensitive skin. 

For centuries parents have used it to calm crying children, ease earaches, fight fevers, soothe stomachaches, and colic and to relieve toothaches and teething pain. Fantastic for reducing irritability and nervousness in children. 

This specific blend has Jojoba oil in it. This dilutes the Roman Chamomile, 50% Jojoba, 50% Roman Chamomile. Making it easier on small children as it is already in a carrier oil and is less intense.

Prized for its ability to heal and nourish the skin, Jojoba is a popular addition to skin care and hair care products, cosmetics, anti-ageing treatments, acne treatments, soaps, lotions, and conditioners.

Jojoba carries natural antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, hypoallergenic and analgesic qualities, as well as vitamins A, D, and E, and minerals and proteins. This makes it an effective treatment for a variety of skin conditions. 

Structurally similar to our own natural sebum, Jojoba has long been known for its ability to treat and heal acne. It is thought that jojoba 'tricks' the skin into believing that it has already produced enough sebum, and as a result, sebum production decreases. Over time, this reduction in sebum prevents further clogging of pores. Jojoba oil also reaches deep into the skin to destroy bacteria and dissolve dried sebum, whilst revitalising and soothing inflamed skin.

Jojoba is also widely used as a carrier oil. 

Camomile oil is extracted from the flowers of the Camomile plant, which is very popular as a flowering plant the Roman Camomile, which is scientifically known as Anthemis Nobilis. Roman Camomile oil is composed of Alpha Pinene, Beta Pinene, Camphene, Caryophyllene, Sabinene, Myrcene, Gamma Terpinene, Pinocarvone, Farsenol, Cineole, Propyl Angelate and Butyl Angelate. German Camomile oil, on the other hand, is composed of Azulene (also called Chamazulene), Alpha Bisabolol, Bisabolol Oxide-A & B and Bisabolene Oxide-A.
