I use simple language and head back to basics to explain what anxiety is, how the brain works in response to anxiety, and ways to change your thinking so that you are in charge of your thoughts and feelings. From people with normal worries and fears to those who suffer from anxiety, this program works.
This anxiety program will provide you with support, information, inspiration and motivation to be your best self both inside and out. Say hello to a life of happy control, understanding and wellness. How a Mindchat Anxiety Program Process Works:
- Our initial session is a chance to discuss your current situation and everything that is going on in your world at the moment. I'll give you a gorgeous Mindchat journal to write everything you need to in, and this becomes our way of tracking what you are up to and what's going on when you are not in my office!
- Then we begin to work together to set you or your child's desired results. We set goals together, and create a road map to achieving everything.
- We will meet every 2 weeks for 50 minutes and check-in.
- During consultations, I will provide you with enriching guidance and information based on you or your child's individual needs.
- We will set and accomplish goals together, in a way that works for you.
- All of this will lead to increased energy levels, a state of emotional, physical and mental balance, reduces stress and a sense of accomplishment and gratification. I'll help you find your inner strength!
- My aim is to inspire you to live your life the way you want to.
